Who can participate?

Any current ace | PLAY™ member in good standing. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate. Membership is free.

How to participate:

  1. ace | PLAY members may start earning points Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 3am and continue until Wednesday June 30, 2010 at 11:59pm. Please visit ace | PLAY Center during posted hours for complete details.
  2. ace | PLAY members will be able to redeem their points for gifts from our gift catalog starting on June 2, 2010 and ending on July 31, 2010. (Catalogs available at ace | PLAY Center.)
  3. ace | PLAY members may keep their points after redeeming for gifts. Points may be redeemed for one gift or multiple gifts.
  4. ace | PLAY members will log on to the website gifts.acepllc.com by using their account number, last name and date of birth as the PIN.
  5. ace | PLAY members will be able to reach this site by a link on the properties' websites.
  6. ace | PLAY members can redeem gifts from their home computer or by filling out an order form at the ace | PLAY Center.
  7. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer AND the property once an order has been shipped. Shipping methods will include UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service. Most orders will ship within 48 hours of placement. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for normal delivery. While supplies last. Some items may be substituted.
  8. ace | PLAY members may earn points by playing on any denomination reel, video reel, video poker and electronic keno machines.
  9. The ace | PLAY card must be correctly inserted in the machine's card reader to properly record play and earn points. If the readout displays "please re-insert" or "card error", the reader is not recording machine play. ACEP Casinos are not responsible for any technical, machine or card reader error.
