How do I earn points?
ace | PLAY™ members may start earning points Tuesday, June 1 at 3am and continue until Wednesday, June 30 at 11:59pm. Please visit the ace | PLAY center during posted hours to check your points earned.
How do I buy gifts?
ace | PLAY members will be able to redeem their points for gifts from this website starting on June 2 and ending on July 31, 2010. (Printed catalogs are also available at the ace | PLAY Center)

Order gifts online
Starting June 2, 2010, you can log on to this website with your account number, last name and birthday. Once logged on, follow these steps to order your gift from this website:
1. Browse Gifts
2. Select Your Gift by Clicking "Add to Cart" button
3. Check Out
4. Supply a Valid Shipping Address
5. Confirm Your Order
6. Enjoy Your Gift!
Order gifts online (international)
To enter an international order, follow the above steps up to #4. On the shipping address page, click the link for international members and you'll be redirected to a different form. From there, please enter your shipping address. When the Send Email button is pressed on the bottom of the page, a copy of your request will be emailed to you and ace | PLAY customer support. You will be contacted by customer support within 48 hours for confirmation of address and collection of international shipping fees. Once the address has been verified and payment received, your order will finish processing. Please note, any extra duties required by the package carrier must be paid by the player upon delivery.
Manufacturer Shipments
Most order will ship within 48 hours of placement. Please allow 2-4 weeks for normal delivery. Items that are drop shipped are denoted in the catalog and will take slightly longer for delivey. Please allow 4-6 weeks for these items. Drop shipped items cannot be shipped outside of the United States.
Returns
Unused items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for an exchange.
Warranties
Some products in this catalog are covered by a full or limited warranty as stated on or inside the package.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive merchandise that was damaged in shipment, keep the damaged merchandise and all packaging materials. Call the ace | PLAY Center support 1-888-396-9571 for instructions. Guests will not be responsible for shipping charges.
